I've thought and wrote my personal experiences for effective communication already!! yippe!! the topic just came onto my mind and it's like deja-vu.i dunno why but i've thought of this before, SOMEWHERE.. so deja-vu...hopefully, it's an interesting topic coz it's a real experience and i don't think it'l bore my fellow classmates...lol...now i can laugh...on that day?? hahahha...ok~

so one down, and i've to worry for other things...so many things to be acomplished and it's always undone...many things are waiting for me to "do them"...it goes to the same for everyone but it's whether they realised it or not...lol...yupxx...many many things...I'm lazy sometimes... :P

i drank 4 botles of original(yellow capped) vitagen today!! i just love drinking vitagen...but i think i'll have diarrhea either tonight or tmr...hehex...it's just so nice...other flavours i don't like...left one bottle in the fridge...ORIGINAL is the BEST-referring to everything!! haha...
