why does the guy you like don't seem concerned about you and the guy whom you don't like seem so concerned about you?

yes...but my situation is that the guy whom i don't like irritates me often...oh and that, he'll never get what he wants cause i'll never like him and that's the fact...my heart don't flutter when i see, hear, talk to him...no touch thanks...
