at work it was quite busy and we ended work half an hour late...we also took pictures with the x'mas tree...kinda tired now...
hate singtel to the core...customer service=bad...i exceeded the amt of calls for my number just to know my message centre number...if i'd known eileen is using singtel, it'ld be fcuking easy...and none of my calls were answered..."sorry, all of our customer service officers are still engaged at the moment."asked me to wait and i waited like bloody ten minutes...whatever...next time i'll not sign up singtel...i'll sign up M1 or starhub...
